Environmental Training Specialists, LLC was founded by Steven Hawkins, a former federal agent with the U. S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Motor Carrier Safety. Steven has over 20 years of experience in the field of Transportation and Hazardous Materials Safety, and has served as Safety Director for a national Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste transporter as well as a national Specialized Transportation company. Because of his level of experience and industry savvy, Steven is considered to be an expert in the areas of regulatory and safety compliance. He is certified as a HAZWOPER and Emergency Response Instructor and is member in good standing with the National Safety Council.
